Overview

I have been in Property Management, Sales and Leasing of commercial properties for 20 years. I always strive to achieve the goals of real estate investors, business owners and valued clients by listening to their needs. A key component of this formula is my personal integrity. I always put my clients first. My commitment to the real estate industry started in 1991, as a property manager, with a portfolio of over 1,700 residential and commercial properties in The Ohio State University area. In 1994, I opened RZ Realty, a full service real estate company. As Broker of RZ Realty, I served on the Columbus Board of Realtors’ Commercial Investment Committee for several terms. In addition, I performed the due diligence evaluation for the purchase of a $1 Billion real estate investment portfolio. My team performed the due diligence and analyzed and evaluated the on-site management and financial records of nearly 14,000 multi-family units in 14 communities. In 2008, I merged RZ Realty with Commercial One Realtors, which has a 100-year history of professional excellence in the Columbus area. My two decades of professional experience in real estate consulting, sales, leasing and management of professional’s personnel, properties and businesses allows me to be a well rounded real estate professional. I have a vast knowledge of real estate that I have learned personally as an investor, owner, manager and entrepreneur.

I believe in dedication to clients and strong ethics when working with my clients. Representing clients with specific goals of buying, leasing or selling real estate is my job. My history of representing clients’ best interest for positive and successful results speaks for itself.
