Park Place of Grove City is a great community. We sit back along a ravine and have a beautiful pool and sundeck, as well as several play grounds. Our 112 residential units feature two and three bedroom garden and townhouse floor plans. All units include stove, refrigerator, ceiling fans, central air-conditioning and mini blinds. Some our units have washer and dryer hook-ups and we also have an on-site laundry facility. Park Place of Grove City is ideally located close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Plus easy access to I-71 and I-270 puts the rest of Central Ohio just minutes away. Our residents pay for their electric service, we pay water, sewer and trash. Pets: Cats & Dogs* are accepted with a $200 refundable pet deposit and an additional month pet fee of $20 per pet per month.
