Maintenance Request Procedures

Sometimes problems arise, and when they do we are here to help. To make reporting maintenance issues easy we have a dedicated hotline:


If you are calling regarding an emergency please follow the prompts to ensure your request is submitted to the correct voice mail box.

Only the following items are considered to be an emergency:
1) Water leaks (frozen pipes - broken water lines)
2) Gas leaks
3) Furnace malfunction (during the heating season)
4) Toilet stopped up (if only one in unit)
     Note: There is a $75 fee for blockages due to misuse or neglect
5) No electricity (unless due to an area outage)
6) Refrigerator malfunction i.e. not cooling
7) Window blown out
8) Locked out
     Note: There is a $30 charge from 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. and a $75 charge from 5:00p.m. to 8:30a.m. payable in cash to person handling       the call

Please do not use the emergency maintenance line for non-emergencies. Charges may be applied for voilations.
